The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
After these 24 hours, this option will no longer be available as the products are not pre-made or stocked.
These are only produced to order and handed over to the fulfillment center 24 hours after the order has been received.
After that you have to wait until the item has been delivered and then send it back. A full refund can only be given if the item is returned unopened.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation within the 24 hours, please use the cancellation form below and email it to patrick@90gradart.com.
The purchase amount will be refunded after 14 days at the latest using the payment method you previously used.
After sending the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
A change of your address after the order can only be made within 24 hours. After that, a change is no longer possible. Please let us know immediately at patrick@90gradart.com.

To return the ordered products, the following requirements must be met:
- The purchase was made within the last 14 days
- The goods will be returned in the original packaging or appropriate replacement packaging.
- The product is unused and undamaged
- A proof of purchase/invoice must be included in the package
A return is excluded if:
- Products that are custom made to your specifications
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods have not met the above criteria.
If you receive damaged goods, please write a complaint to patrick@90gradart.com, documenting this with clearly recognizable photos.
In this case, we will bear the costs of a new replacement order.
If the delivery cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned and disposed of safely. If you want to place a new order with a corrected delivery address, you bear the costs.
You bear the costs and risk of returning the goods to us.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods. We therefore always recommend insured and trackable shipping for returns.
